What is an Escape Room?

An escape game is a real-life experience where participants are locked in a room and must use elements of the room, the group’s collective knowledge, and wits to discover clues, solve puzzles, and escape and/or find the missing item within a set amount of time.

Are we locked inside the room?

No. It is actually illegal in Nova Scotia to lock a person inside a room. We are carfully monitering everything that happens inside the room and make sure you are safe the entire time. At any time you can exit the room.

Should I reserve in advance?

We highly recommend you call or book online to be sure we have availability. We can't guarantee a room unless you've booked it. Walk-ins are welcome and subject to availability on weekends only.

How do I cancel my reservation?

Tickets sale are final, but if a cancellation is made before 24h your booking time, we will reschedule your booking for a later time. There is no refund, nor rescheduling if a cancellation is made within the 24 hours of your booking

How long is the experience?

A group should plan for an experience of an hour and half. We do require that you arrive 10 minutes before the start of your game to explain the rule. You will have an entire hour to try to escape the room (unless you escape before!).

We want to play just our group, is this possible?

Yes, at Tic Tac Go we offer private bookings. Once you book your reservation, the room is reserved for your group only, no strangers.

Do you offer your service in French?
